Other small neighboring towns (pueblos) offer variety and a change of scenery. For instance, Tambor, (approx 15 minutes drive) offers a commercial airport. Sansa Airlines flights arrive and depart from and to San Jose daily. In Tambor property prices are rising fast due to the growing popularity with foreigners. Tambor offers a night life, a Golf Country Club, dancing, a small casino, and excellent visitor accommodations such as the Ylang Ylang Resort or the Tambor Tropical. ATTACHMENT TO THE CONTRACT OF PURCHASE AND SALE:
- The 25 acre parcels; being the numbered parcels of which some are more than 25 acres and some are less…the number of the purchased parcel will be stated in all contracts, deeds and plats) cannot be subdivided.

- The owners of the remaining parcels reserve first rights of refusal upon re-sell of any property.

- The river and creeks belong to TODO es DIOS. A fine of $2,000.00 US dollars will be charged to anyone who dumps on any water site. You will want to dig a well for each house on any given property. There is a plenty of water.

- Each parcel may have 2 primary dwellings, with a minimum of 450 sq. feet and a
maximum of 2800 sq. feet. All dwellings must and will have approval of the Home Owner’s Association. Meaning: The HOA approves plans for primary homes, guest homes, barns, outbuildings, tree houses, greenhouses and pool houses. The HOA meets every month on the second day of the month for planning and approving as well as attending to any new business. (brief meeting)

- No one is allowed to build during the rainy season, Oct. 1-Jan. 1. During the construction of a dwelling the parcel owner is responsible for maintaining clear passage of TODO es DIOS or HOA private driveway. Upon completion of each dwelling the parcel owner must restore the main road to the original specifications. If this is not done within 20 days of completion, TODO es DIOS will fine the parcel owner $20 a days until the repairs are completed in full. If deemed necessary a lien will be placed upon the property.

- Cobano offers a land fill and garbage dumping area as well as pick up closer to the main road. Recycling is encouraged among residents. "One man's get rid ofs... is another's I can sure use that."

- Upon purchase of the parcel a $300 (US dollars) annual maintenance fee is placed in a separate escrow account. The maintenance fee is retained for normal upkeep of the common areas and the main roadways. Once six lots are SOLD, the Home Owners Association will take over the control and maintenance of the main private driveway and the common areas. Each parcel owner is responsible for constructing and maintaining their own private driveway.
